Livestock Sales

Due to the nature of live animals, all livestock sales are final.

Living Systems Aquatics does not accept returns or exchanges of live coral once an order has shipped.

All livestock purchases are covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Customers should review our Shipping & Live Arrival Policy for complete claim requirements, documentation requirements, and claim procedures.

Approved Live Arrival Guarantee claims will be resolved through store credit at the discretion of Living Systems Aquatics.

Store credit may be applied toward future purchases and does not expire.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
